This cute QSL card from Radio Taiwan International (RTI) on 1557 kHz via Kouhu for their Mandarin Chinese service arrived in the postal mail today. RTI replied to my email report and an audio clip. The reception was made on an SDR receiver in Norway. The email address was rti@rti.org.tw
